Presence: Bringing Your Boldest Self to Your Biggest Challenges

Harvard psychologist, power pose queen and TED phenom Amy Cuddy has become a modern crusader for overcoming “impostor syndrome,” that terrible feeling that makes us feel like we don’t deserve to be at the table (or for some of us, to even feel we deserve to be in the room).

In my coaching work, I cite Amy’s work so often that I use her name as a verb! “Go Amy Cuddy before you go into that interview,” is a phrase you will often hear me say to clients. You can imagine how thrilled I am to sit down with her for a virtual chat about the psychology and science of power.
